Staying at Park Royal Collection was an absolute delight! The hotel offers an excellent location right next to major attractions, complemented by beautiful views, especially from the upper floors. The service was genuinely warm and accommodating, making us feel like valued guests. However, I did notice a few areas for improvement in the pool bar services. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great amenities and comfort.
