soundproofed room vehicle sound
The location is great near shopping malls. The room was very comfy and tidy.
My room was not soundproofed at all. I hear kids running outside in the corridor. At night I hear sound of vehicles downstairs so I did not get much sleep.

The hotel is located near the shopping center. This made it easier for me to purchase what i needed. the breakfast was also good with various options. I liked the japanese dishes. the staff was very helpful. They quickly assisted me when i needed something. i really enjoyed the sustainability efforts of the hotel too. I admire this commitment.
The pool was smaller than i expected. It could be a bit crowded at times. however, it was still enjoyable. and the design of it is indeed excellent.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of stations with malaysian, japanese, american, and indian dishes. i especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection. It was refreshing each morning. everything was very tasty!

my room included two automatic shades to ensure privacy from the gardeners. it featured a safe, a mini bar fridge, and a desk. the pocket doors provided separation for the shower stall, sink, and water closet. it was indeed great.

easy check in helpful check out super clean room extra toiletries
Za at check in made things easy and added my points too. Rosy at check out helped with storing luggage and told me about using the facilities after check out. Shafik from housekeeping kept my room super clean and gave me extra things I asked for. I totally recommend it.

the room had modern looks and was nice. there was a bidet in the toilet, so that was very useful for me. a filtration system was in the room and i filled up drinking needs.
